Embroidered Pet Portrait Velvet Cushion

Absolutely 10/10... The team were so supportive the whole time- any tweaks, or queries I had, answered promptly and respectfully! This cushion was a little memory for me as my dog Bella passed away at the start of June and I needed something to look at everyday to remind me of her, the team were super supportive, and everyone I had contact with were super helpful. Abi really supported me the whole way through the process- from the initial design, to any queries/concerns over postage I had. The cushion itself is amazing- just like my Bella! My only little blip was over waiting a while for delivery, but once again I touched base with the team and had a prompt response (change in suppliers- as someone who worked in retail for just under 6 years I know how much this can sometimes slow the process!), Abi put my mind at ease and a few days later my cushion arrived! Such good quality, attention to detail is incredible and they've really done Bella justice. Just wish I had unlimited funds to buy everything and anything off the website!! Beautiful quality cushion and looks just like our cat which we got for a memorial cushion just love the quality and detail .would definitely recommend, as many alterations to get it just right

Chose the green cushion but it was out of stock so went with blue. Its lovely. I did have to chase the correct proof and the order, and when delivered the packaging was ripped and there was no protection around the cushion. It’s nice, just a little disappointed with the process.
