I purchased the floss. I loved it until it shredded and part of it got stuck between two teeth that are tight. Took me a while to retrieve the shredded part. My husband absolutely loves his. He was impressed with how it truly grabs and removes particle bits.

Been looking for a floss that is amazing for years now. It did snag once and shred but overall it did an amazing job and didn’t slide over any of the biofilm, love this product.
