Grounding Mattress Pad vs Grounding Sheets

Prefer the Grounding Mattress Pad over the Grounding Sheets because the Mattress Pad provides all the grounding benefits while still using my regular linen sheets.

I did receive my cover a few days ago but I really only put it on last night so I've only had one night so I can't really review it based on one night. However I will say that I did not have a good night last night whether that's responsible or not I don't think so. But it certainly didn't help I guess. Time will tell.
