Yum! Our first purchase definitely will not be our last!!
We thawed it in the fridge and then we let it come to room temp. Added a dry rub of various spices and then seared it in a hot cast iron pan. Then cooked it slowly in a low and slow oven for about 90 minutes, in a marinade sauce. It was tender and delicious!
