Men's shoe great for women too!
Love the MX20G narrow. I usually wear a US women's 11. I bought a 44.5 narrow and it is perfect. Heel cup and midfoot fit hold my foot in place very well with just the right amount of room in the toe box. Mesh upper makes is light and cooling. Nice stiff sole. Great bike shoe.

Comfortable, cool and great for long distances
Just wore these shoes for a 300+ miles of cycling in the Selkirk mountains and my feet were so comfortable the entire time. Nice toe box, no pressure points, easy to adjust fit with laces. Mesh keeps your feet from overheating and rain booties kept the feet dry on wet days.
