100% Happy Cacao

I have had several different brands of the Ceremonial Cacao. Your cacao was good but the little balls of hardened Cacao was not good. The taste was a good flavor. The bag is small for having to use 2 T for each glass. I’ll have to see how i like it after drinking it for a week or so.

This cacao tastes good but is very gritty. & since all 3 bags I've ordered are pretty much a solid chunk of hard chocolate, it's a hassle to enjoy. Hacking off flakes every time I want a cup is a big deterrent to enjoyment. Cacao discs would be much more enjoyable & I'd drink it regularly in spite of the grittiness.

I tried to cancel this product that was put on automatic Subscription, I emailed these people and they would not email me back. They never responded. I ended up canceling the automatic subscription and will never buy from them again. And I love this product but I will rather not deal with a company who cannot return a customer's email immediately.
