I had a good experience with delivery, though one of my walls got scuffed as they brought it down and now I have to repaint sadly

They brought in the machine down to my basement but then they just left it laying flat on the ground. I had to call them back into the house to stand the machine upright.

Good and professional but did not assemble the bench nor the rowing machine
