He learnt a lot but it required my constant presence and games were not age-appropriate
My son learnt a lot of new words and still enjoys using them. However, the learning games they played required the child to read. My son was 5 and not even in kindergarten yet so he can’t read. He started to get very frustrated and discouraged because he couldn’t play the game. Eventually I started reading everything to him. I basically had to sit through the whole class with him which I wasn’t anticipating, and the class description didn’t say. I have a baby and had to put her in front of the tv for the whole duration of the class because I was helping my son. The instructor was great, very patient and kind. I wish that either the class had said explicitly how much parent involvement would be required, or the games were better tailored to that age group. If I remember correctly, it said that parents should be there for the first session for technical difficulties. Thank you

Excellent!
My child learned a lot and had fun. Teachers are excellent and engaging. Even a month later, my child has retained the vocabulary and knowledge learned. One downside is that other families sometimes have conversations in the background while their child is in class, and this noise comes through to all of us.
