Hi Sujin - The Sejak is amazing. It is nice to find a very special and very rare tea that is so unique and so flavorful. It is unbelievable how these days, most of the teas are so heavily flavored with perfumes that one forgets the pure and delicate flavors of the tea itself. The teas that you personally travel out to source, and the Sejak that I purchased are very special. I look forward to enjoying it thru the summer.

Sejak Tendresse: The best of Chinese and Japanese green teas

As a Tea sommelier, I'll never forget my first time with Korean Tea. I was so flabbergasted. By then Chinese and Japanese green tea organoleptic profiles were well-known by me and I could clearly appreciate both of them in that my first cup of Korean tea. I was just in front of a Sejak Korean green tea, no more no less. Undoubthly, it was love at first sight, yet when I tried to get such a magnificent tea as a regular basis , I discovered how hard it was to get it outside South Korea ... After years searching for repeating so delicious experience, at last, Tea Repertoire has given me such an opportunity. When infused its Sejak Tendresse took me back to that first time so long ago when I was introduced to Korean Tea Culture. Its liquor has got not only the nuttiness, sweetness and toasted flavours epitome of the finest tribute Chinese teas, but also the marine notes present in the more delicate spring shadowed Japanese teas. I find it incredible as well, how well its oily and velvety texture pairs with British quintaessential Scotish scones. It's a pleasure for us to show this Seejak Tendresse to our alumni during our Korean Tea Tastings as a wonderful example of what it should be expected from a Sejak or Korean second flush green tea. Most part of them agree that they prefer a Sejak like this Sejak Tendresse to a Woojeon (1st flush), due to its higher complexity and persistance in mouth. Best taste

This is my favourite green tea and I order it regularly. I used to dislike any green tea for its bitterness but Sujin introduced me to her range of green teas which don’t carry any bitterness at all due to their high quality. This is my favourite one with its smooth flavour. A very special tea
