Woojeon Spring Dew Hwagae Village

Delicious! Exemplifies why I love Korean teas, some umami like a Japanese green tea, but which leaves plenty of space for the more subtle bean and vegetal flavours and floral notes. Spring Waltz is a great one for the flavours shifting over 5 or so infusions.
