Beautiful frame and workmanship!

Ordered a fairly large frame (28 x 20) and foam board to fit. I was expecting to have to have to put the frame together but it arrived fully assembled. Excellent quality assembly/materials and well packaged (arrived in pristine condition). 11 days after ordering (non-expedited) I was getting concerned that I had heard nothing and some negative past reviews added to my anxiety. Left a message and received a return call later that day. Was told I should receive the frame within a few days which I did. In the end, very satisfied.
