Custom Frame CFSX850-55

I ordered this frame and plexi with the 2" mat and the product was perfect and beautiful as I had hoped. The only criticism I have is with delivery time. My first order was so late I had to write and call to get my order shipped. This time I paid for 3 day shipping and after a couple weeks I had to write again. But I received a prompt response and my order arrived within days. Despite this problem I have had with shipping, I will remain a customer because the product is so good for the price.

Beautiful frame and mat. I was able to update a print my sister in law did many years ago. It now looks terrific in the new frame and mat. Plan to do others zoom.

The frame was quite nice. The glass was broken when it arrived despite being well packaged. It was arduous at best to get the glass replaced. Took a long time and it was very difficult to communicate with anyone. Are there actual people working there?
