Nice Frames, A Bit Lacking in Small Details

Love the frames, but a bit disappointed that one of the inserts to join the corners was missing.

This frame is outstanding. High quality construction. Looks great above my fireplace.

Packed with protections but came with broken in two piece. Contacted for options. Took too long for response and refreshing the mind with repeat email sent with pictures for proof. Not company fault that broken in shipping but stood behind product and delivered whole frame again, not just broken replacement. Nice quality and responsible company. Will recommend to others. Thank you.
