Originally when I started taking it I noticed results, not ground breaking but I did see results. To be honest I have not been good at taking it religiously every day since so it is hard to say I am benefiting from it. I just need to get better at taking it.

I found the bottle I'm using at the moment leaves a strong tangy taste after every dise .Is this normal having this strong after taste .Appreciate your comment .Thanks Rob
