Just what I was looking for

I wanted earplug for work. It's not overly loud, but the constant alarms can get very bothersome, these earplugs dampen the ambient sounds enough that it isn't irritating, and still allows me to hear people talking.

Just a fancy ear plug.

Ear plugs don't do what was demonstrated online. They muffle the sound, but that's it. Not worth the price. I also bought the night shields for my wife, they are well made, but don't stay on your face if you are a side sleeper. Over all I bought three items and all were disappointing.

They fit well and they muffle the sound just enough to allow me to concentrate on what I need to. They also allow me to focus on my kids while not having to hear them chew because I have misophonia.
