Plate Loadable Kettlebell Swing

Overall its pretty good. I do not like the key at all tbh i dont like solving puzzles mid workout figuring out how to lock this thing. Waste of time and could be much quicker and simpler. Other than that its great and very versatile somce it holds alot lf weight and can be used for many things.
