Well made, high quality
The weave and thickness of this mat is excellent. It’s definitely well made and much higher quality than similar ones I’ve tried. I like the ridges in this design, the bumps helps with grip in poses like downward dog. If I use it on top of my regular mat, it makes it more comfy for restorative use. I 100% recommend it!
