5 Core Mic Stand Floor Adjustable 72" Tripod Microphone Stands w Telescoping Boom Arm

Item was shipped in It’s inner carton. Only, it was not put in any sort of shipping box; the carton opened and small pieces were lost. I did contact the company to let them know and they never got back to me. Thus I was unable to use the microphone stand we both supplied microphone clips or any clips that I had, because the stand itself has a different end that does not accept the microphone clip. Essentially the order was supposed to come with an adapter, but that was lost. I then attempted to order an adapter online and the normal size adapters they sell does not fit. thus I’ve been unable to use the equipment as shipped. Surely it would’ve been simple for the company to respond to my email and send me an adapter, but they chose not to.
