Overall it's a decent stand for the money. It's not a pro level peice of equipment, but it doesn't cost pro level price. The stand is fairly sturdy, comes with two mic holders and accessories. Good adjustability, easy to use. For the money, you simply can't go wrong. Best in it's price range hands down
