Excellent product

The truffle juice had a very pleasing flavor of truffle/mushroom which greatly added dimension to a sauce. It has none of the artificial truffle flavor associated with some truffle oils.

Juiced!

I used to buy this stuff at the restaurant for our mushroom soup, we’d use a ton of it. I was glad to see it still available, it’s strong stuff and is a great enhancement. I use it in sauces, soups and salad dressing, but it’s going to be good in anything where the flavor of truffle is a welcome component.

Nice flavor. Good for lots of treats.
