Good Grill, Some Customer Service Issues

The grill is easy to assemble and easy to operate. Construction is good, design flaws are minor. Customer Service never picks up the phone, and the mailbox is always full. The cover that came recommended on the website was the wrong size and I’m having trouble returning it because of Customer Service’s lack of availability.
