This item was not as expected and the customer service is inept. Called 4x and left voicemails with no return. Emailed them no response. My wife finally got someone named Alex who is the manager who said he would call me…never did. Then I get a response to my emails by a will using a email by Ryan that just doesn’t get it. They charged me to ship the product ($53) and then want me to pay for shipping again to return it for a total of ($106) which is half of what I paid for the cheap grille. I tried explaining numerous times to this Will that I paid for the initial shipping yet he says they are out shipping for oversized products which they didn’t. Like talking to a wall. The next step is for Alex to actually call me and give me a shipping label or refund my first shipping or I will dispute it at the bank. DONT BUY FROM RPMBRONCO!!!
