Honestly, just ok
I wanted to love this so much! It's a little too small all around in my helmet, and the shape is strange. It is too thin to replace my existing helmet liner in any of my helmets, but also thick enough that it seems to be making a rub on my forehead. If you can't remove the existing liner, then this one can't really stick to anything, either, and bunches up. Good idea, execution isn't great.

For my work helmet
Wasn’t sure about this BUT it works! My hair is NOT frizzy and as greasy as it would be without it. I’m happy with it and recommend it to women in industry who have to wear helmets
