I am very pleased with the job of rebuilding my battery. The rebuild performs like a brand new battery. Excellent service and nice people.

Very Disappointed

I was very disappointed. I got the battery back and it had just a 3% charge, it wouldn’t run the bike, the charger couldn’t charge it. I have 2 bikes and 2 chargers and 2 batteries. Your refurbished battery is the only thing not working. When I called E-Bike Market Place I was told the problem was either my bike or the charger. Both my bikes operate and both chargers operate on the battery that wasn’t sent to you. I was also told that I was “on my own.” What can I/you do?

Stromer ST-1 Battery Rebuild

Sent in an older Stroner ST-1 battery for a rebuild. Quickly had it back in hand within a couple weeks. Works great! Very happy, highly recommended!
