Works like a charm

Bought the thumb throttle ergo grip combo and after figuring out the mixing and matching on the universal connector, worked like a charm. Getting used to the throttle response was def a learning curve because on a 72v bike, it’ll jump on you if you don’t know the correct distance on the throttle but you can always change the throttle response through the bike so that helps.

Operation Pacemaker

Plug-ins are very hard to connect. First time I ever bent over a pin. Product is superb and thanks for putting together a harness so I didn't have to endure my soldering skills. Did cut holes in the ends for my side mirrors. Very nice and tight

Product ok but

Product ok after trial and error, but instructions could be much better like mapping the pinouts. It's not hard to do the work to figure out which of the 3 is power, ground and throttle and include that in the instructions to make it easier. Owner initially replied to emails for help then decided to ignore when asked for these specifics. Thank you for not apologizing or making the suggested improvement, Matt. It shows you the owner, have tremendous maturity, humility and business acumen.
