B + D RoboSeries (1st Gen.)

Love this little guy.

I'm impressed (and shocked) with the amount of cat hair and fine dirt this picks up. "Robb" does a great job in large rooms, bumps around a bit in smaller rooms with more furniture and ends up missing some areas. He needs a little help finding home some times but eventually gets there. Customer service was excellent when I had an issue and they replaced him quickly. I'd buy again and think its a good product at a low price.

Disappointed - don't waste your money

Silverpoint sent me this basic model as a replacement after my original (more advanced) vacuum stopped working in less than 6 months. Unfortunately, the replacement lacks key features like mapping and overall ease of use. It feels like a significant downgrade, not a fair replacement. I'm disappointed with the brand overall and will be moving on to a better manufacturer. Definitely staying away from anything manufactured by Silverpoint in the future.

It’s okay

Works okay, doesn’t keep map and goes over the same spot repeatedly. Will not get to half the area due to staying stuck in the same line.
