Great machine. Very quiet. Nice ice. Looks great onmy counter. Fantastic customer service. The app has a schedule feature that i was having problems with. I emailed support and Jennie returned my email quickly and we went back and forth trying things over a few days to fix my problem. They fixed the problem and i can now schedule the machine to start and stop per a schedule within the app. Its a very nice convenience. There isn’t anything to dislike about this machine and again the customer service is awesome.
