P200 Power Cable

Good value

A few months ago I purchased a P400 power cord. It’s an excellent power cord and the description of its sonic strengths is very accurate. Based on the various descriptions of the other power cords at Galion, I bought a P200 cord, which turned out to be an excellent match with the Galion TS A75 amplifier. It is robust and well constructed. It slightly emphasizes the midrange without compromising any other part of the frequency range. System matching makes a big difference and it becomes much easier to tailor the sound of your system when accurate sonic descriptions are provided. Thomas excels in evaluating, voicing, and providing very high value audio gear and peripherals at a fair price! Thank you, Thomas!

A good surprise!

I was not a cable believer but gradually believe it could make difference - the problem is how much you have to spend to get the improvement? Also I have been very cautious buying cables, mainly because I don't think my equipment is good enough for better cable. However, I bought the P200, just one for the P75 preamp and I kind of have some trust on Thomas. I ended up buying another two for the two Galion Discovery amps. The spending is really not too much but the result is surprisingly good. I hear the best piano I have ever heard so far. Very impressed.

Awesome Power Cable Upgrade

Awesome power cable for the money. The description Thomas wrote for the P200 is very accurate. There is less soundstage, and detail compared to the P400. However the midrange is definitely a highlight for P200. It just adds a slight push and heft to the midrange.
