Multi-benefit Thermal Protector (Heat Protectant Detangler Spray)

Very disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with Miracles for several products, but one of the items was missing from my package. I contacted the company to report the issue, and after submitting my complaint, I have not received any response or solution. I understand that mistakes can happen with orders, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service after I reported the problem. I expected better service, especially from a Colombian brand that is now expanding and selling in the United States. I hope Miracles reviews my case and gets back to me so the missing product can be resolved.
