Brow Growth Serum

Serum didn’t work on my brows, which sucks because i saw so many great reviews online, that I decided to order a new one (which I never used) to have an extra one, but no matter how consistent I was or I am with it, it didn’t work at all. Also I’ve tried to return the second serum I purchased and they told I couldn’t return it and gave a very lame excuse. Due to my complaint with customer service about the “return policy” they have, the company decided to add their policy to their website. Because when I wanted to start the return they didn’t have a return policy anywhere on their website. So, on top of everything they are a bunch of liars, and they just want to take money from people no matter what. I don’t know why it is not possible to return a product that has not even been used. Needs better customer service, and a better return policy.
