Great Investment

Easy to set up. Everyone in the family loves it. Paired with my old but exceptionally good Onkyo receiver, the WiiM Pro sounds great and will extend the life of my Onkyo by many years.

Transitioned from Apple Express, which did not work with a new eero router. WiiM works great. It was easy to install, is responds quickly to changed inputs, audio is clear with no static. Could not be happier.

Already non functioning…

Has been hooked up for about two weeks, worked fine. Now only plays static, has been reset multiple times, tried different inputs and outputs. Just static, something died inside. Pretty sad for a few week old product. Update: while frustrating the first unit died so quickly (hence still just 4 starts), customer service was very good. They weren’t able to resolve the issue via trouble shooting and sent a replacement. So far no issues on the new unit. Hopefully it proves more reliable and the first was just a one off.
