Bought a rhino carbon cue shaft with VQR. Love the shaft, but tip came off in the first rack. No big deal, just an inconvenience.

Disappointing

Bought the Viking quick release shaft as a gift. The shaft box was tossed in a bigger box with no packaging to keep from rattling around while in transit. Shaft threads had drilled out shavings in it, and I had to dig all the left over shavings out and clean it before it would thread on. Contacted customer service and they replied with a “we need you to check the threads with a caliper and send us pictures to further help”. No, you sent me a brand new shaft with factory defects and poor packaging. They acted like I must’ve bought the wrong shaft tbh. I didn’t get a response email until after I got it to work, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste money on this lazy manufacturer. I would’ve preferred money back, but kind of got the vibe that “customer service” would just stop replying if it went that route.
