This is even better than the one I had when I was in! And it came with some great snacks inside—garnola bars from 2018, but overall, I’m really impressed with the quality of the medium ruck. I got a great one.

Broken kidney belt

I attempted to email you and even called and left a voice message about the broken belt system that came on the pack. I bought this $233 pack specifically to use on the motorcycle to stay secure and the most important part of the bag arrived broken with no response from you on either message. Terrible customer service. You couldnt bother to replace the $12 belt head that secures the entire pack. I had to go onto Eberlestock and found a similar one for $2.. Out of a $233 purchase, i cant even get a return email? Never again. Great way to treat veteran LEO's.
