These are very useful Knee Pads that are light weight and very easy to attach. They are substantial plastic, with thick foam padding for the knee interiors. This makes them light while being sufficiently protective. The plastic is solid and will survive a fair amount of abuse. The great part is that you have easy attachments peg and slot buckles (put the peg in the slot, Gomer) on one side that make putting them on and taking them off quick and easy. There are typical adjustable straps for comfort and blood circulation. These "ROBOCOP" style knee pads are being used today in the SMO in Ukraine - so they are a battle tested format - the real deal, and not some airsoft toy. Yes, they look weird, but you can knee any critic where it will hurt. I got a great price on a great product, and I highly recommend them.
