Good Product but confusing communications from Nova Filter

I am a fan of the product and it has made a noticeable difference in the taste of our water. Reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the online purchase is misleading. I ordered online and received an email saying it had shipped for free. This is my 3rd purchase from them. Then to follow my shipment tracking they wanted me to download a “SHOP” in order to track my alleged shipment. Sorry I’m not downloading an app to do this, just send a tracking number! Then after reaching out, the response was that I didn’t read an attached note and I was supposed to pick up in person. I had done this on the previously on my last order. It’s an extra charge now to ship. The email response said I had free shipping and to track it on the Shop app after downloading it. Then at the bottom it said to pick up in person. They need a better clearer email response in the future.

Nova filters response was fast. Couple days and order on the way with a 2 day delivery date. Great job

Delivered to my door

Filters were delivered to my door, not labeled if one and two were of different microns . The only thing I’m not happy about was that the O rings were too biig. I did not see others listed when I placed the order so I had to locate the correct ones in Oder to replace them when o did my filters. Just wish that you were open on Saturday morning to even noon.
