During the annual filter change, we noticed that the filter holders were pushing out and needed to be replaced before they had an explosion in the garage. Great catch. Glad we had you do the service.

Service tech was very knowledgeable and fast. He arrived early and was done quickly. He even took the old filters with him to dispose of.

Nova Filters water filter replacement

I purchased a water filter change out from the nova filters website. Within a day or two I got a call to schedule the work. On the day I received a call from them to tell me their tech was running a bit behind and asked if it would be ok to still come. He showed up about 30 min after the original appointment time and as usual within 10-15 minutes the filters were changed and he was on his way. Have always been satisfied with them. Usually I would give 5 stars but this time due to being “late” I only gave 4 although it wasn’t an issue for me and they have always been on time for previous changes.
