Deliciously Sweet

My mum made these for us growing up in Scotland and I wondered whether I'd ever taste that delicious sweetness again; Ackroyds never ceases to amaze me each time I try out something they have cooked or baked and these biscuits did not disappoint. The perfect combination of sweetness from the cookie and the cherry; and of course the "icing on top" just made it perfectly tasty. Will order more
