Serenity Leather Heated Massage Chair

Wrong Chair for me! This is how we learn the hard way. I should have done more research.

I did research on this chair and thought it was the right one for me. When the chair was delivered it was deposited on my driveway and the driver said he wouldn't help me lift it up a few stairs into my house. I had to call a moving company and have it moved into my house. I tried out the chair and it was too aggressive for my spine and my chiropractor told me to return it. When I contacted the store I was told that I would have to pay for both the shipping both ways! I wasn't told that and wasn't given the return policy before I bought the chair, so I was shocked it was over $500 to return the chair I couldn't use! However, the General Manager did agree to reduce that fee and next week they will pick up the chair. I am 80 years old and I need a relaxation chair and not a therapy chair which is too aggressive. Hopefully, when the transport company arrives to pick up the chair they will be able to carry it down the stairs of my house because I can't do that. I ordered an identical chair for my son and he is keeping his.

Received this chair fairly quick! I cannot say enough about the Serenity massage chair, I absoloutley love it!
