Zen Fire Luxurious Infrared Sauna

Delivered during a severe rainfall on a pallet that had to be constructed. Had a tornado warning and we could not haul it into our house as it's supposed to be an indoor sauna and not waterproof. The circuits had been fried, the wood on the sauna when we finally opened the cardboard packaging was soaked with water and bent from the water damage. I'll be requesting a refund as I'm downright apalled by the service. There was no record of a receipt nor instructions on how to construct it.
