This system is so simple and still very thorough. I have struggled with setting a chore schedule for myself my entire adult life. Add severe functional depression, and my place was never clean or picked up. It still isn’t, but I’m making progress in adding daily and weekly habits to change that. Starting small and adding as I feel comfortable as to not get overwhelmed and quit. The email support for setting up and managing the system is amazing. My therapist likes this for me too. 😊

Adult adhd system

While I feel like the system is very helpful for myself (husband agrees), I do feel like I need each potential sticker to have its own designated magnet. I’ll be ordering additional magnets for that reason. I wish maybe those were a bit cheaper since now I’m adding $100 to my already $200 order, but it does help me. Let me be clear, I AM still going to order them. I do think they’re a nice size, shape, tactile, and uniform. I’ll let you know if I’m still using the system in a year and if it’s really helped. Currently loving the system and all it’s helped me accomplish recently

Works well but needs some tweaking

I am impressed by the system in general with a small issue of missing some obvious stickers. Like doctor appointment or hair appointment. I absolutely love the vinyl one for the door stuck to the window on the door and the stickers are resticking so far no problem. I would also make one for the pets that is wash beds. I would also recommend like a binder or something to put the stickers not being used currently right now they are just like stacked together and I need to figure out a good storage system for them. I can honestly say the bracelet will not be used. My husband has horrible ADHD but refuses to touch it. So good try
