Much improved

My sleeping pattern has much improved with the sheet and I generally feel better with the grounding mat also. I would definitely recommend it and would admit that I was somewhat skeptic Al when I purchased but am a convert and a believer now.

Definitely worth the money

I have only used the sheet eight nights but I am quite aware of the changes taking place in my body. First morning after sleeping on the sheet I woke up feeling rested and well for only the second time in 25 years. I am sleeping deeper although I am still having trouble getting off to sleep. My hip, which I had been considering getting replaced, is now almost pain-free and I walk with much less of a waddle. I am looking forward to more improvements as time passes. Best purchase I have made in a long time.

I honestly didn't expect much, but this grounding sheet and mat have been a total game changer! I sleep so much better, wake up feeling refreshed, and my body just feels more relaxed overall.
