Rapture Pure Luxury Down Pillow

Check this out! After I left my initial review below, ComfyDown called me to make it better. They are sending me a return shipping label. They will re-stuff the pillows to the medium firmness I selected when I ordered the first pair of pillows and send them back to me. I will be charged about $10 per pillow - the difference in price between soft and medium. I travel a lot staying at AirBnbs. The most comfortable pillows I've slept on in my travels were ComfyDowns. I took a picture of the tag so I could order some. ********** INITIAL RESPONSE ********** Fabulous pillows, but too soft for me. I should have figured that out when I was ordering. I had ordered some different pillows a few months before that were perfect. Part of that ordering process was selecting the firmness of the pillow, but I didn't get that option on this most recent purchase.
