Very poor customer service experience for a return. I was excited to add remote start to my car, however in order for this remote starter to work it needs to UNLOCK the car, disarm the car alarm - start the car then lock and arm the alarm. This create a HUGE SECURITY CONCERN and is NOT noted anywhere on the item description. I double checked with tech support and this can't be bypassed.
