I’m very impressed with the condition of the “very good” phone I purchased. The screen, back, and camera are all in perfect shape. There are a few small dings along the sides, which I expected, but they’re completely covered by a case. So far, the phone has performed flawlessly, and I was thrilled to see the battery at 100% capacity! The buying process was smooth—browsing, purchasing, and financing were all easy. The phone arrived quickly, well-packaged, and with all the expected accessories. I’ll definitely use Orchard again when it’s time to upgrade! I also appreciate that they offer models no longer available at the Apple Store.

Excellent customer service , tracked delivery within a couple of days , competitive pricing for quality pre owned phones ! So glad I found Orchard. Yet to set up new phone but they will definitely my go-to for future needs.
