A quick and personal response to an unusual issue with refurbished 2025 Rzr

I had a most impressive response to an unpredictable problem I encountered after receiving my Razr 2025 refurbished phone. After setting it up and migrating my apps and data from my old phone, I found I could not download any apps from the app store. This was due to the phone being used in an organizational environment where it was "locked down" by an IT person in its previous life. After submitting this situation to the Canadian selling group, I received a phone call and in two days a resolution/ solution was found without having to return it. I couldn't be more pleased.
