Not very watery but overall OK
I got this mainly because of the water lily which is not that common of a note in unisex scent. It's definitely fresh and cooling, but the watery sense is not that obvious. The dry down feels a little generic and chemical. But overall, not bad.

Fresh and light and warm
This is a very nice perfume, slightly sweet and floral. The base note is vaguely savory and masculine. This is pleasant, if not a bit unremarkable. Longevity is also somewhat lacking, but still an enjoyable perfume.
