This is one of my fav’s. Love all the flavors together. I added extra diced tomatoes to mine.

I enjoy it, but room for improvement...

​It's on the bland side, and I generally enhance this dish with sausage, red chili flakes, and some salt. Also, the noodles are a bit mushy compared to the pasta in the pesto dish, for example.
