I live in UK and looked at many variations from different places, in the end i went with Hats Unlimited even tho i knew it was drop shipping - estimated delivery 2-3 weeks. I measured my head and have lots of other hats I'm a bang on 55cm, however when this arrived (size small 54-55) its very big, I've ordered some spacers, fingers crossed they will do their job. The hat itself is even more amazing than i thought, wonderful craftmanship and i would consider another in the future but I'm not sure if i would need the XS or it would be too small as there is no provision for me to try. Delivery was tracked country to country, I could see wherever it was, ended up being just 2 weeks from order to receipt, much earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend 10/10 but would say if you are ordering from overseas and cannot return contact them for the "exact" hat measurement so you are super sure its the correct size.
