Military Rank Insignia Mug

The color of the insignia was off on the first mug that was sent. It appeared lime green instead of gold. I emailed my concern and was contacted the next day. The company sent me a new mug within a week and the color is perfect. My retired Navy Chief is very proud of his new coffee mug.

I ordered a mug for a frretired Coast Guard

I ordered a mug for a friend that retired a Coast Guard Lt. Commander. I found the build and finish of the mug to be flawless and my friend was thrilled. And that's what counted.
