Adorable products and website. But had an experience with a product that did not meet expection. I found customer service mixed. It was either so fantastic that I was thrilled to do biz with them or way below par equivalent to no support nor regard for my business. The best words to describe their support is extreme, and inconsistent, and therefore, unreliable.
